All rates are per room per night on a bed and breakfast basis. The rate per Adult is from £25 to £30 per night depending on room type and facilities.  
 
Senior Citizen Discounts (65+):  
Weekly - £10.00 per senior  
Daily - £1.50 per senior if notified at time of booking 
 
Child discounts:  
Discounts are given for children under 16 on the start date of the holiday sharing a room with at least one adult. The first 4 and under is free, the second under 4 is £5 per night, from their 4th to 12th birthdays the price is 50% of the adult rate and from their 12th to 16th birthday the price is 75% of the adult rate. If your children occupy a separate room at your request then the first child will be charged at the full adult rate.

A deposit of £25 per person is required to secure a booking by telephone or post 
Supplements for single occupancy of a double room may be charged according to season. - a discount of 30% in low season and 15% in high season 
All major credit cards (subject to a 2% transaction charge) and debit cards are accepted 
Cheque Payments for holiday balances must be presented at least 7 days PRIOR to the commencement of your stay 
Rooms will be available from 14.00 on the day of arrival and guests are kindly requested to vacate their rooms by 10.00 on the day of departure. We will help by holding luggage if you arrive early or need to depart later
